Carrier Return Policy
Mommy Bus Company guarantees that our products are free from manufacturer damage and defect. We accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise, and for items sent in error ONLY. We will replace or give a full merchandise credit for damaged or defective items. To qualify for a refund, all the items must be returned in its original unused condition; including packaging and documentation. We will not accept returns if these conditions are not met. MoBu Couture Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wearable you may return your unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept returns for worn, washed, or customer damaged items. Shipping Information
All items will ship via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise stated. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Please note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipping in the same package. We are currently only shipping to locations in the United States and we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. There is a shipping charge of $35.00 for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
